I'm actually posting for my 93 year old blind father who can't do this for himself. He has only used Liberty Tax twice but has had wonderful experiences each time. Samantha is so nice and knowledgeable. At the other place he used in the past, he always had to sit while his taxes were being prepared which always took an hour or more. Here, he dropped them off and came back the next week to get his results. This was much easier on my father.
The girl was wonderful, explained my previous taxes to me. The cost was way more than my previous tax person, so not worth going again. Had hidden fees that were not explained. Opted in for direct deposit just to get a text saying my check is ready for pick up, now it’s another trip and more waiting when i gave all my personal information. Not again
Nice enough people but honestly felt scammed by how much I had to pay. They're not transparent with how much their services cost and don't tell you you have to pay extra per piece of paper you bring in. Also, pretty sure they're deleting reviews that aren't 5 stars from the lack of recent comments. Beware.

I got in and got out, they were very kind and welcoming, and great at their jobs
