I filed my taxes here last year and had zero issues. This year the place is under new management and it is now running as smoothly as it used to be. The actual tax accountant is located in Kansas so he’s not someone you can even meet with. The employees had to call him to have him explain things to us rather than themselves. I went in today (4 days before taxes are due) and the head “tax expert” wasn’t even on the schedule to work. There’s better and cheaper options in town
