Lisa and her team at Liberty Tax are awesome. I had my taxes done there for the last two years. They are very easy to work with and handle things in a professional and prompt manner.
Lisa is amazing, I’ve been using her for three years and she’s just the best could not recommend better and will stay with her after all my other experiences!
We used Liberty Tax in 2024 and they did a good job and repaired what a different tax preparer did. However, they made a mistake on our taxes and they had to be refiled. In 2025, they sent the wrong tax credit to the state instead of the IRS and we were out $2000 for a 4 months until the state realized what was happening and charged us $748 to repair the mistake. We still haven't gotten the refund from the IRS a month later.
Normally, I do my own taxes, but due to unusual circumstances, I needed tax expertise. It was such a pleasure to work with Angel. She took excellent care of all my tax needs, being friendly, helpful and professional. I will definite work with this office team again.
