Service was average but the cost was extremely high for just an average 1040 with normal filings. Ask around and think I got screwed.

I've been using liberty back for years and I just moved to this area so I decided to try this one, and I'll never go back. The older lady in the front with the grey hair was not welcoming, rude and not helpful. trying to charge for things that I've never been charged for at any liberty tax. I'll make sure to let everyone I come across not to use this location as well. Id give zero stars if I could
