Very poor customer service. I've called 5x over a 2 1/2 week period JUST to get statues of tax filing.and I was told 3x "I will get a call back" and only was called 1x to tell me something that was not even about tax stages! I called today and was told today after calling number on website, "you have to call when I'm in office" .....he sounded aggravated, like I intentionally called his person cell that HE has on site....never using this location again.
Avoid this place at all costs. They really do not know what they are doing. Please go elsewhere. Awful service.
My new tax place they got us a refund for our federal and state and the charge was very cheap so much cheaper than Fiscal tax..Thanks again

These Liberty tax people are very rude, lazy, disrespectful, and most importantly racist! They had me conversing with a tax agent who had memory loss! Miss Anita Miller was the worst; she was rude and very slippery I did not appreciate it! Please stay away if you want your taxes done; Gratitude!
