I have went to this specific liberty tax for twelve years through the last man that passed away now through Richard Shanbour I needed an extension. He told me to come by and pay him $75 and he would file it and that $75 would be counted towards my $202 fee that I have to pay him for filing my taxes when I called a couple days later to see if my extension went through, he told me that. Appointment was at 12, waited half an hour to be seen just for them to tell me they didn’t have time to do my taxes. Just go somewhere else and save your time.
When my best friend died last year who had done my taxes forever I went to Liberty Tax and Richard walked me through the whole thing. Have me a 25 % discount and got things done quickly. I'll be going there next year also. Thanks Richard....

This was hands down the most unprofessional experience of my life dealing with taxes. If you like to show up multiple times to hear “im still not done your paperwork” and love waste hours of your time (probably enough time for you to figure out how to file your own taxes) then this is the place for you. Otherwise stay far far away.
