I saw the new location online and I don’t like the new location so I’ll be going to a different location. I’ve always went to them when they was on Broadway. But I’ll still stay with Library Tax they do have great service.
Great tax place, but the prices are so high thinking about finding someone else
At thus point I can say my experience gad been absolutely horrific. I spent the better part of a full day waiting to be told come back the next day which I did spent 4 to 5 more h rs was almost I'd have to wait until the next day to get an email to electronically sign and finally I would be done. E mail never came went back next day was told they forgot and ŵas ready to leave for the day and I have to call in the morning and see what time to come back and maybe I'll get to finish today. My preparer was super sweet and helpful, I had a bunch of weird forms and multiple years to file and they worked everything out and found me extra $$.
Don't like how I had to wait for Debbie to give the ok. Have to wait on a response from her. Monique was awesome! This is different and it's something I never heard of. I got my copy of my return sent. But not my forms that needed to be sent to the irs. This is how clients get mess up. I experience this before. Go back the original way and let them send them in office rather than another office do it. So Monique gets a 5 from me. And Debbie gets a 1
