I made an appointment at the last moment and was called back to come in the next day. Jan worked helped us and she was very thorough and fast. She was nice as well I told her to call me for my appointment next year. Very impressed with her expertise. Thank you Sandy & Steve
I had an appointment for March 10. When the day arrived i was told they needed paperwork which i gave them a couple weeks ago. They said they should be ready by Monday. Come Tuesday they said they needed additional paperwork which i immediately provided. They said for sure on Friday. So late Friday i called. She said she would check and speed things up. After a long 2 weeks of a headache trying to do my own I called last minute to see if they could help me in anyway . They squeezed me in I went their and they fixed it for me and they were super nice and reassuring me everything would be ok and it was when I left ..so so very grateful for them and their colleague in Quincy helping me out as well as him being super nice and very helpful
She did her job and helped us with everything
Unprofessional staff such a waste of time i was not gona give even 1 star but their is no option of zero start otherwise i gave zero waste of time to file tax with them
