I originally gave this Tax Prep service a one star and I am now altering my review. Not because of any over the top effort on the part of the owner or staff to change this but because the error was not their fault. Yes, the original staff who prepared our taxes in 2024 for the 2023 year did so incorrectly. And yes this led to the State of CT trying to give us a late charge. Liberty Tax took care of that and everything was resolved. However, we were notified a year later by the State of CT that it hasn't been paid. Confusing?... read more
