Extremely disrespectful, Todd has no sense of respect for anyone. He yelled at me over the phone and in person about 5 times, he makes a lot of errors and then blames it on the software. I was doing taxes for my diseased parents and didn't expect to be yelled at as I'm trying not to go thru the morning process all over again by having to do this paperwork and put it behind me.
