Ms. Ginny went above and beyond and spent extra time with me for me to understand each document. I'm new to filing taxes and needed information before hand. She was very calm, and personal and made me feel completely welcome to the location as well as had patience with me while I was on my phone gathering what I needed to complete required forms.
