I use their drop-off pick-up service. I usually get a call about a week later that they're ready. When I pick them up, a preparer reviews them with me, asks how I want to receive refund or make payment if I owe, and how I want to make my payment to them. I sign where indicated, my copies are printed, and I'm finished.The process takes no more than 15-20 minutes. I've been using them for over 15 years and am satisfied with their service.
