I dropped of my tax papers they said they they will call me back next day now it's been over a month the people there still haven't called me or done my taxes and will not return my phone calls don't risk your taxes with these people

I would give 0 stars if possible to.... Liberty Tax screwed up and should have just paid it and chalked it up to your error and the cost of doing business. My daughter was only issued the refund due to you hiring someone who didn't pay attention to detail and inserting a number on the wrong line. Now she is out almost 300.00. That is unacceptable. DONT TRUST MARIANNE !!! Hamilton road she did my taxes and forgot to mention she wasn't allowed to do cash back. As she had already finished my return. I said to her this is cash back right? She then proceeded to lie and say oh no liberty doesn't do cash back anymore I'm sorry. I then said if I knew this I would of went elsewhere,this should of been brought to my attention before finishing my return. After doing my taxes with liberty for the past 15 years on Wellington, which is not in business anymore, I decided to use the one here on Hamilton road. They said they can't do my taxes because I am owing liberty taxes 375 dollars which is quite impossible since I have always paid ,and cannot tell me areason for owing this money or show me some kind of proof. Of course I went and picked up my tax forms.They just lost a customer.
