March 25 I went to get my taxes done from liberty tax but unfortunately it was a bad experience my taxes did not get filed after I paid. I got a letter saying there were changes in my taxes and they were not filed. Then when I phoned they were like did you pay ? Of course I did, that day when I payed debit so I have a receipt then they said they would call me back, No they didn’t call me back I called them and was like do you need me to bring my t4’s back and redo it they said no and said they found it it was mis filed ???? ... read more
