March 25 I went to get my taxes done from liberty tax but unfortunately it was a bad experience my taxes did not get filed after I paid. I got a letter saying there were changes in my taxes and they were not filed. Then when I phoned they were like did you pay ? Of course I did, that day when I payed debit so I have a receipt then they said they would call me back, No they didn’t call me back I called them and was like do you need me to bring my t4’s back and redo it they said no and said they found it it was mis filed ???? ... read more
We get our taxes done here they are very quick ,staff is fantastic at getting us all up to date with taxes been going here for awhile never an issue and waiting is very little.
Completely unprofessional like the other guy said , I agree. Ali was very ignorant towards us . After spelling the name wrong on file and saying he couldn't find the account. And we telling him it's spelled wrong. Saying it's our fault . Then storming around the office saying about fraud and he turned us away . We seen Dorothy after words and she was very much trying to help us as Ali was turning us away . We went to another liberty tax and they help us no problem and very reasonable and respectful.
I would love to give them 0 star if possible. I met with one of your team members today and let me just say the customer service and all the other services provided were trash. He wouldn't listen to me and just mansplain the whole time. I'm beyond done with this place and trust me anyone's who's trying to get their taxes done from here yall are better off taking your business to h&r block. That dude was on one for real. Gaslighting, disrespecting, mansplaing I just can't believe the experience I had today with you guys.
