I am very disappointed with my experience trying to obtain a digital copy of my 2025 tax return. The Liberty Tax online portal states that tax returns can be downloaded from a customer account. However, when I attempted to do so, I received a message directing me to contact my local office to have the account linked. I called the local office for assistance, but was told they are tax preparers, not technicians, and could not help resolve the issue.
