This was my second visit to Liberty Taxes, and I was helped by Raynesha. Raynesha not only has amazing customer service skills but was also extremely patient as she waited to me to compile all the documents she needed. She shared additional information which will help me with my future tax filing (e.g., all the documents you should have prepared). Moreover, she helped maximized the amount of refund I received. I would highly recommend Raynesha to assist with any tax filing.
