They charged me $200 for one W-2. The woman who filed my taxes had to ask someone else how much she should charge me. The woman who filed my taxes asked me how will I pay when she did not know how much to charge me. Before they determined a price to charge, they looked at what my refund amount was. Once they seen that I owned they “made some adjustments” which allowed me to have a return. Once they told me my return, then they said it was $200. They were awesome great customer service as well.
Do not come here! An appointment is a suggestion, not an actual time! You can come nearly an hour late for an appointment and they still wouldn't have gotten to you yet! The federal trusted partners software was faster and cheaper to e-file a simplified tax return. Their professionalism is non-existent and a joke!
