I booked an appointment online last for an appointment for today at 5:30 PM with Liberty Tax on Guess Rd in Durham and received a confirmation—only to arrive and find the office completely closed. No one was there, no notice, no explanation. I tried calling the number listed on their website multiple times. No answer. No voicemail. No follow-up. Nothing.
