My tax person was Kimberly in whitinsville. I've been going there for 10 years. I had to do 3 years worth of taxes I tried to do them on my own said I owe $4,000 or something like that. I freaked out I immediately went to whitinsville to see Kimberly she was awesome she made me feel so much better explaining stuff in I ended up getting money back. This was my first time going to an office doing taxes and hands down the best experience ive ever had joe was so helpful and so friendly it felt like i was having beers with the bros highly recommended
Kimberly was great. Efficient, without the feel of a corporate office setting...all questions were answered immediately and refunds were issued promptly. I will be continuing this relationship untill they give me a reason not to, but I can't see that happening...not at all.
