Very friendly and professional.
I went to Liberty Tax yesterday and was helped by Jim Janus. It was a great experience. He was friendly, kind, and helpful. He explained everything to me very clearly and I felt an immense amount of ease upon leaving the office. I would recommend Liberty Tax to anyone- especially this location!
