Today I went down to Liberty tax and the gentleman was very welcoming and efficient walked in and had my taxes done no longer than 20 minutes I'd recommend this place
Never open. 3 times to get an actual person said that they could handle my taxes and decreased fathers estate and taxes. 2 weeks later get a call that it was more than they could handle. Fiked an extension for us and kept the 1099 for me and my wife's w2. Called several times and now mailbox full. Will never trust them to do even simple taxes.

bad customer service made an appointment and no one was there...and if you call thier mail box is full been tying to get ahold of someone for the past 3 weeks its sad
