Filled my taxes almost 3 months ago. Never received my money and every time I would call and ask I’d be told to just wait. No updates or anything. Then I had to find out from a source that my return was rejected and someone tried to fix it, which would explain the delay. When I mentioned this to Edwin he yelled at and threatened to report my source. I basically got scammed by them. Still no money and still no explanation. Never again will I use Liberty.
My tax preparation was smooth thank you for taking the time and answering all of my questions and concerns .
