Shannon is the best tax agent ever
Shannon able to find me answers for an issue we have been having with CRA. I have been trying for weeks to figure it out, and have spent many hours, she solved it in 5 minutes. Shannon walked me through the process of applying for the disability tax credit and what benefit that would have to my family it approved. We had Liberty Tax in BC for a couple of years then here in Ontario we have been with them ever since we are VERY pleased with the service they provide to us. Update 2025: STILL with This office - Shannon helped us with a couple of hiccups we had with USA govt. This Office is unassuming but the EMPLOYEES through the years keep us coming back. PS Dear Owners these employees make this shop work give them a RAISE!
