Can’t get copies of my tax returns from your wen
Sadie was very nice and was knowledgeable. Better experience than I had the previous year. We’ve been doing our taxes with this office for a few years now.
Do not use this location to ha e your taxes done. Their website is not good, their service is nonexistent. Made an appointment on their website. Got there at my appointed time and the business was closed. Went to pay and sign my returns, had an agreement with the office that they would be there if my wife and I were unable to both get off work early and be there before 5:00 PM closing. I arrived before 5:00 PM, the office was closed. This is not how you run a business, lying to customers.
Excellent service. Agent kind & respectful. Quickly completed my return in a timely manner. Answered all inquires with Charity.
Sadie at Liberty Tax in Garner made the tax experience a very pleasant one this year. She has a very beautiful personality and was extremely professional. I would definitely recommend this location and recommend Sadie as your tax professional.
