Speed was great and she always explains everything so I know every step of the way always fastest for the most money very helpful only place I've ever done my taxes with .
I will never use liberty tax again. I received a letter from akron city tax division saying that Theresa from the canton road office incorrectly filed my city tax for the last 3 years. I spent over a month leaving voice mails and emails for the owner with no reply, finally received a call and she was extremely rude. I explained what happened and what the city tax division said and all she kept saying is well sir we are human we make mistakes and when I said a mistake would be once not 3 years in a row she got very aggressive... read more
Judy talk on the phone or was watching T.V. more then she bothered to explain anything to me or what I needed to do. She forgot to prepare the city taxes till I questioned it. Getting taxes done is stressful and having to pay someone to talk on the phone and watch TV just did not sit right with me.
