REPORTED TO THE BBB I submitted my taxes to Katie on Jan. 30th and from Jan 30th - March 15th there were several times that I would be told I will get to you next week and then be ghosted until I reached out again only to be told again she will get to me by tomorrow or whatever excuse she could use and then again I would not hear from her at all...
