I don't usually leave reviews but this place deserved one, the most unprofessional establishment I have ever set foot in. Lack of communication and just outright laziness is on full display the second you walk through those doors. I don't have a clue how liberty tax does business but it is a miracle this place is still open. If you want your taxes done professionally and in a timely manner, stay away from Jeanette Self and liberty tax. READ THE REVIEWS, this office will waste your time and money.

Very disappointed in Jennie she was the one in charged of filling my taxes. I got ripped off they charged me 1,500 to do my company taxes. Paid them In June and they never filled my taxes. I had to follow up with them In August to see why I never received my forms to sign. Jeanette Advised me the system was rebooting.
