We can’t express how happy we are with Loren Oesterle at Liberty tax. He has gone above and beyond to help us . We have been coming to Loren for over 10 years. He is so knowledgeable and helpful.
I recently went to file taxes and was charged $604 for single file. I was flabbergasted I couldn’t believe it, I think it took me a few minutes to realize what was going on. Never coming back here and honestly I don’t think I can ever trust liberty tax. I’m currently disputing the charges with my bank. Payment should have never went through, I know. I was in shock when all this happen. I have never paid more than $150 to file taxes. Do not come here.
