Vik and his team prepared my 2020 and 2021 tax returns but made significant errors in reporting the tax withheld from my W-2. Due to COVID-related delays, the IRS took time to issue notices, but when they did, I received a letter demanding a large tax payment along with a substantial penalty. While Vik assisted in filing an amendment, I still had to pay the hefty tax bill and penalty. He did not help at all . The woman that helped uswas super rude. I was not happy with my services there . All of my family is not coming to there any more.
