I used them last year I did have a few issues after I filed but I was able to get them solved. Im not sure if I will file again with them because I feel like they could have let me know when I filed my taxes there may be a problem. It they didn’t.
We have trusted them to complete or local, state, and federal taxes for two tax years. Despite explaining they usually have a perfect track record with local Delaware, OH tax preparation, we received a notice that our local taxes were done incorrectly and owe nearly another $400 in a little over a week. Liberty Tax, while acknowledging their mistake has at this point not agreed to reimburse at least some portion of the fees they charged to complete our taxes.
