I came in for a walk in and explained that my ex wife used my social when I e-filed. The lady said do you have your forms and I said no I didnt, I e-filed. She said, "it's hard to consult with no forms sweet heart!" Very rude, very dismissive. It's just want I needed when I was already very frustrated
Julia was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took care of my tax return within 1 hour and discussed each step finding me additional monies.
Mrs. Julia was very professional and she is very kind and helpful took her time please go to her if you need your taxes file she is awesome
