This place discriminated towards me in so many ways. Before I could even sit down the tax preparer called me old. I’m 34 years old. I said excuse me? She said well there’s people filing taxes now that were born in 2000. I still didn’t get her point. She also told me that I had a lot of fake hair in. Which was totally off subject. I've used Liberty Tax before 2025 and had a good experience, but unfortunately, my recent experience was subpar. I asked about a few credits and other things because I had moved, and due to this and my income, I didn't qualify for anything but was still charged an extraordinary amount for very simple taxes ($500). I should not have been charged so much and wouldn't have been if my preparer had been more knowledgeable. Tabitha prepared my taxes for 2024. She was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient!! I just wish there was a discount for Seniors over 65. When you have to pay a hefty amount to have them done and then pay the government on top of that it’s hard all at once. I know Tabitha doesn’t set the prices though!!
