Very professional and thoughtful. All the information I needed was provided. I was very impressed.
I had a meeting today with Jake and Chris regarding the different types of accounts and services they offer. Both were knowledgeable and super professional and I would recommend both of them wholeheartedly. People behind the counter spoke to me when I came in and when I left and everyone was very friendly and professional. I recommend them completely!!

I don't understand how this bank can even really call themselves a bank . To me a bank deals with the people of the community in whatever financial related issue they have. It may be something as simple as a young child needing to run in and cash in their rolled change that they have saved. I stopped by the Smithville office of liberty state bank just because it was on my way to let my child run in and cash his rolled change in and I could absolutely not believe it when he came back out and said the teller would not cash it ... read more
