Always met with friendly smiles. Problem solving capabilities and caring attitude.
We have been banking there for about 4 years now. They have been great! No complaints at all.
They're all smiles and friendly when you open an account but the complete opposite when closing an account or cashing in a CD. My 2 year experience with them was disappointing, at best. Never again. I'll keep my money in my mattress before using this bank again.
So far so good, they are a little scared of Covid there. The day we opened the account they made us wear a mask while some of the workers were walking around coughing without a mask. Guess they were trying to protect me. 🥴
