This place doesn't return your deposit back to you when you leave it spotless clean. They are slow at making repairs when needed, and you have to shovel your own way out of parking space in order to go to work! They also charge you without telling you until you ask for your deposit back!
We are new to this family owned facility. Mrs. Heuman has made every step easy. My Mother was scared and sad to give up her home. After two visits, they have her pretty much at ease. I’m feeling positive on our decision.
Place is not recommended. Mangement is very uncooperative and deposit not returned to terms of lease. Charge tenant for parts broken due to age.
