This pains me to write this. My husband and I loved the store. We were getting excellent customer service until we weren’t. We called several times inquiring about the order we were hoping to place. There was always an excuse or I’ll get back with you. We have decided to move on as we’ve wanted several weeks to try and get resolution. This has really soured us on lsf for our furniture needs.
Let me start with I hate to leave negative reviews, but felt this one was necessary. We special ordered a dining table and chairs from Liberty Square and were given a timeline of 6-8 weeks for delivery. After 10 weeks, I called to check on the order, no one could help me so I left a message, no return call. A week later I left another message, no return call. Liberty Square is a great go to furniture store with good basic pieces of furniture! Quality is great and I always find something I like. Ordering pieces has worked out well and delivery was smooth.
Excellent prices, excellent service, excellent quality. We furnished most of our home Liberty furniture. Couldn’t be happier.
