Great in my experience. I’ve had three pairs of their sports goggles fitted with very expensive Rx lenses they created. By expensive I mean they are progressive, as well as transitions. I’ve worn them basically 24/7 over the last six years including as a dentist where I use them for vision and safety. Only issue in six years was the rubber that supports the bridge of your nose separated from the frame. Customer service is beyond horrible. I asked to be taken off of the program where they automatically send you frames multiple times and they still keep sending them and charging you for them. I'm disgusted by the lack of response from management. All I want to do is get rid of them and never deal with them again but no one will call me back despite the 20 messages I've left. We'll be taking our sports eyewear business elsewhere.

This review is discouraging to write because this company is one of the only safety sports eyewear companies that have up to date and stylish product. But trust me it is not worth the stress!! This company is inconsistent, lacks customer service, and will not return calls. As a lab you are a direct reflection of my business. It is extremely stressful to have to call repeatedly to get answers on incomplete orders. Managers will never come to the line, wont return calls, and the orders take forever to arrive. Product is not bad, customer service is terrible, and communication is even worse. Shady billing practices meant to enrich the company at the expense of running an unethical operation.
