They like to ignore you. A teacher assaulted my 6 year old child. Stephanie Mohorne said I couldn’t view video of the footage then ignored my email. I went in person. When I was finally about to see the footage one video had so much exposure that you couldn’t see anything and the second video so conveniently was cut off right before the incident would occur.
