They didn't really help me at all. Every question was a no. Every time 8 asked for help I got none. I begged for safety from a violent relationship and nothing. I moved into an apartment that I found without their help and it was infested. The landlord Crown Realty are slum lords. No help from them whatsoever. I was homeless and no help. I had to move out of state and i got more help and support than anyone there offered me. The place is a joke and full of liars. No one helps with anything.
I am compelled to express my outrage toward the Auburn, NY location, where staff members engage in unprofessional conduct, including making derogatory comments about clients. Such behavior warrants severe consequences, including potential closure, given the location's failure to uphold its purpose as a respite. I am satisfied that I brought this matter to the attention of the Justice Department.
