They have been very accommodating in looking for the wood I needed. They made a special effort to find it and let me know they had gotten it. Prices are good and selection is good. Very nice folks.
Liberty Plywood in Chantilly is a great place to buy all sorts of wood. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They assisted me in picking out some wood for a special project I was working on. Two days later I returned and they planed a piece of cherry I had, taking extra time as I needed a very thin piece. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend this business.

I bought 12 sheets of cabinet grade birch plywood (mix of 3/4" and 1/2") along with special ordered red oak ply as well as about 80 BF of poplar and red oak for a basement built in cabinet project. Paul was extremely helpful during the ordering process and special ordered some 12 foot 6/4 S3S red oak boards for me. The red oak boards were delayed from their supplier by about a week (obviously out of Paul's control) but he graciously offered to drop them off at my house once they arrived without charge as he felt bad about th... read more
