I called ahead and specifically asked if this was an Xbox Series S for $100, and I was told yes. I have a learning disability (and mind you I've never owned an Xbox before), so I rely heavily on clear and accurate explanations. After getting home, I found out it was actually an Xbox One Slim, not a Series S. The console works, but this miscommunication was really upsetting and could have been avoided with better clarity. Both men were more than patient to show me 10+ different pieces just for me to purchase the very first one I looked at.
