Our experience was positive and wonderful. Hoz is professional with the uttmost respect and understanding. She's patient and kind and always made time for us and efficient at what she does. This is our 2nd time going to her for our refinance needs and this time around she gave us so much relief. We where able to wipe out most of our debt. We will go to her for all of our Mortgage needs.
