Ken W****** and the Liberty Loans team did a phenomenal job during beginning, middle, and end of our close of our new house. The process was easy, quick turnaround/responses, and Ken put things in laymen terms, making understanding a real easy process for my wife and I. He is very thoughtful, professional, and will go out of his way to provide superior customer service.
