Everthing was great
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Robert was our driver and I cant say enough amazing things about his service. He went above and beyond to make my birthday special with added touches to went far beyond just driving my girls and I around. Im a service snob. I have high expectations and often left disappointed but not with my experience. Terrible experience. The company was quick to give me a quote and take my deposit, but completely unresponsive whenever I tried to confirm details numerous times, which was my first warning. Then on my wedding day, the driver notified me just 15 minutes before the ceremony that they’d be an hour late to pick us up because the wedding before us ran over. It ended up being more than a hour! This caused unnecessary stress on an already important day. I do not recommend this company.
Limo was late. once they were 15 mins late I had called to confirm. No one answered the phone from my phone number which the reservation was under. He did answer from another phone number. Took 4 phone calls to confirm the limo pick up. The limo did show up 1.5 hours late to bring kids to a concert. Once the limo showed up, the limo driver told me he was double booked for the same time. He showed me the text of the double booking. The driver was great. Très mauvaise expérience ce 27 juillet 2025 pour le transport de la mariée et de son cortège: la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, et le chauffeur était au courant. On a été obligé de baisser les vitres pendant tout le trajet de 30mn Manque de respect total.
