It’s probably been about a year and a half since I went in there to get A hypnotized for to quit smoking and it was an awesome experience and I’m still not smoking
Wendy is pretty incredible. Don’t think about going to her just do it. Start something… stop something.. whatever the goal is it starts in the mind. Don’t overthink it. Just go sit in her chair.
