A complete con! DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THEM! They will not reply to any emails or calls when you try to actually book a tour you fully paid for.... yet you'll see them updating their website to take even more money from unsuspecting, innocent people. Something very fishy is going on here and I truly do not want anyone else to be conned by this awful company!!!

This company and the other two helicopter companies (Fly Ny On and NY Helicopter) located in Kearny NJ fly overhead Jersey City Heights frequently sometimes as often as every 5 minutes (7 days a week) at low heights which is below what is safe. They start as early as 8 am and sometimes fly as late as 10:30 pm. As a result the noise level is loud and way above what is acceptable. This company would not refund us our money or let us reschedule our helicopter tour told us they have changed management lost over £400 my mother is 80 was her dream and they didn't want to know told us to reschedule instead of refunding us because of covid which we had no problem with we knew we would be going sent all the emails to reschedule and payment that was made probed emailed social media even blocked me then very badly treated by this company disgusting
