I have used this company for a long time .However each order has some units that won't charge or are not tobacco flavour. On the 15th July I sent back 14 units asking for replacements. To date none have been received. I spoke to someone two weeks ago and she was going to sort this out. I have called them a few times this week but no one answers and sent a message via the ir on line service , but reply. Judge for yourself. Liz
