This place is basically legal scam artists. I got my original loan with them when my credit wasn't good got gap insurance for $500 refinanced the loan bit later when my credit was good every other bank I've EVER had a loan through when you refinance or pay loan off a prorated amount of the gap is refundable not through theese scammers it's in fine print only can be done within 90 days no other bank does this to be clear. I don’t know if they use dial-up internet here or what, but if you need anything other than an atm run, you can plan on spending 30+ minutes here because they are so slow!
Been banking with liberty for over 10 years, and I have multiple accounts with multiple banks. And this one is the worst one out of them all. Stay away. They will be good for the first couple years. Omaha Banks treat you much better.
Opened 2 accounts, savings and checking. Process was easy, took very little time, and I received free checks in the mail. Should've joined this Credit Union years ago!
So easy to walk in and talk to.
