We switched to Great Plains Bank (GPB) quickly after our previous bank was bought. A few things come to mind when describing our experience with GPB: every promise they made was kept. They provide phone numbers that living human beings consistently answer. They are proactive in helping with account set ups and any customized requested features. I'd especially like to compliment Farah Iqbal for her follow through, consistent communication, courtesy, and focus. She is the best!!
