Very happy with the service here so far. Joshua was great to work with and took care of opening two accounts quickly and efficiently. The mood in here is friendly and local and you feel like they actually value their customers! What a difference from larger banks.
We absolutly HATED this credit union. At one point we had SIX accounts with them, including 2 checking, 2 savings and 2 BUSINESS Checking. They never made anything easy. Not getting money, not sending money, not paying a bill, not making a transfer, not setting up online banking, not getting e-statements, not shared branching, NOTHING was ever easy!!! They are by far the WORST customer service credit union we have EVER used, in over 20 years of joint checking and banking. They run like a BANK, not like a credit union. Awful.
