Love this branch. Staff are very helpful. Chelsey is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always a big help.
My adult daughters, husband and myself have been with Liberty Financial since they opened here in Spring Hill. We have been quite pleased with our personal banking experience. I was accustomed to using a credit union where I moved here from and prefer credit unions. I also have peace of mind with their fraud dept that catches any transactions that don't seem right. Another service we like is they automatically credit your account if you should need to use another banks ATM. How cool is that? I hope Liberty Financial is here ... read more
Great financial products and services.
The in-branch staff are nice, but the online and digital transaction employees are plain awful. When I tell you the amount of things the processors have messed up with my accounts ...... it is offensive. My card was stolen, in branch support was AMAZING. Online? Not so much. I had to argue to receive the money back. Argue. To get a credit on stolen money. To get a credit on fees that were charged..... literally no other bank does that.... I used my account to pay my credit card and other payments.... this month? Rejected. Wh... read more
