We absolutly HATED this credit union. At one point we had SIX accounts with them, including 2 checking, 2 savings and 2 BUSINESS Checking. They never made anything easy. Not getting money, not sending money, not paying a bill, not making a transfer, not setting up online banking, not getting e-statements, not shared branching, NOTHING was ever easy!!! They are by far the WORST customer service credit union we have EVER used, in over 20 years of joint checking and banking. They run like a BANK, not like a credit union. Awful.
New to this credit union but very happy so far. The experience(s) have been great.

Love this branch. Staff are very helpful. Chelsey is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always a big help.
My adult daughters, husband and myself have been with Liberty Financial since they opened here in Spring Hill. We have been quite pleased with our personal banking experience. I was accustomed to using a credit union where I moved here from and prefer credit unions. I also have peace of mind with their fraud dept that catches any transactions that don't seem right. Another service we like is they automatically credit your account if you should need to use another banks ATM. How cool is that? I hope Liberty Financial is here ... read more
