Liberty has the worst bill pay ever. They are fine with electronic ACH payments but if they send a check they allow TWO days for delivery from the time they mail it. TWO. I’m tired of late fees for late arrival of checks. Furthermore, a third party handles their BillPay so there is literally zero help nor anyone to take responsibility. I got a shoulder shrug basically from the branch manager. Horrible. So back to ONB I go, where at least they know it takes 7 days to be certain of timely delivery.

Nice tellers and management but they denied us for a $1500 starter loan. How are me and my girl supposed to get started if we can’t even get started?
