Member Services is not truly a statement you should use. When a member comes into your office and wants to use an available service and is told no one is available for 2.5 hrs. That is not helpful.
Liberty has the worst bill pay ever. They are fine with electronic ACH payments but if they send a check they allow TWO days for delivery from the time they mail it. TWO. I’m tired of late fees for late arrival of checks. Furthermore, a third party handles their BillPay so there is literally zero help nor anyone to take responsibility. I got a shoulder shrug basically from the branch manager. Horrible. So back to ONB I go, where at least they know it takes 7 days to be certain of timely delivery.
Over 20 min. Sent wrong amount. Then more time. Big bill no just 20s. 25 min.
